The Balcony Restaurant is located on the first floor overlooking the Fountain, Rosalind Park and the Cathedral. Indulge in the finest local produce, prepared by the Balcony Restaurant Chef, Lachlan Redfern, and his creative team, an extensive wine list and service second to none, make this the complete dining experience. Open from 6pm until late, Thursday to Saturday.
